General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT 1994)
Aims to reduce tariffs and other trade barriers, and ensures non-discrimination through most-favored-nation (MFN) status.
General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS)
Provides a framework for trade in services, ensuring transparency and progressive liberalization.
Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS)
Sets minimum standards for IP regulation affecting trade and requires members to provide IP protection and enforcement.
Agreement on Agriculture (AoA)
Seeks to reform trade in agricultural products and commits members to reducing subsidies and protectionism.
Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS)

Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration
A declaration from the 6th WTO Ministerial Conference, which provides guidance on Doha Development Agenda negotiations, including commitments to eliminate export subsidies in agriculture and addressing trade concerns of developing countries.
Environmental Goods Agreement (EGA)
A proposed agreement by several WTO members to reduce tariffs on environmental goods, foster free trade in environmental commodities, and promote green economy.
Trade Facilitation and Development

Refers to regulations and policies other than tariffs that can affect international trade, which include quotas, import licenses, and standards. WTO works to keep these measures from becoming obstacles to trade.
