Rasteira

Approach the opponent, fake a kick, and then use your inner thigh or shin to sweep both their feet from under them.

Begin with your feet shoulder-width apart, swing your rear leg in a half-moon shape across your body toward an opponent's head.

Get in close proximity to your opponent, wrap your legs around one of theirs and twist your body to take them down.

Start in a parallel stance, then step one foot back and swing arms in the opposite direction of your back foot. Alternate sides to maintain dynamic movement.

Starting from Ginga, step forward then pivot on your front foot, swinging your back leg in a powerful circular motion at head level.

Leap off one leg, twist the body in mid-air, and throw a roundhouse kick with the other leg, rotating like a tornado.

From the Ginga, lift your back leg and pivot on your front foot, striking with the top part of your foot or shin.
Vingativa
From Negativa, grab your opponent’s ankle with one hand while your other hand remains on the ground, use your back leg to kick out their support leg.
Galopante
Approach the opponent and deliver a powerful sideways palm strike to their ear or side of the face, using the full swing of your arm.

Drop down onto all fours, with one leg cocked to kick out attackers, and the other leg's knee and hands on the ground for support.
Benção
Start in Ginga and use your back leg to push forward and strike with the sole of your foot into the opponent's torso.
Cocorinha
Crouch low to the ground, tuck your head, and cover it with your forearms and hands to protect against high kicks or descending strikes.
Esquiva Lateral
From the Ginga, step laterally and lower your body by bending the knees, moving your head out of the line of attack while keeping your eyes on the opponent.
