Private Equity Fund
Private equity funds are funds that invest directly in private companies or engage in buyouts of public companies, resulting in the delisting of public equity. They are composed of limited partners who provide capital and have limited influence on management.
Commodity Fund
Commodity Funds invest in raw materials or primary agricultural products. Investments are usually made through futures contracts or direct stakes. They can serve as a hedge against inflation and provide a counterbalance to other asset classes.

Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
REITs are companies that own, operate, or finance income-generating real estate across a range of property sectors. They must pay out at least 90% of their taxable income to shareholders as dividends.
Hedge Fund
Hedge funds are alternative investments using pooled funds that employ numerous strategies to earn active return, or alpha, for their investors. They are typically only accessible to accredited investors as they require less SEC regulations than other funds.
Money Market Fund
A Money Market Fund is an open-ended mutual fund that invests in short-term debt securities such as US Treasury bills and commercial paper. They are generally seen as safe investments but with lower potential returns.
Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF)
ETFs are investment funds that are traded on stock exchanges, much like stocks. They hold assets such as stocks, commodities, or bonds, and typically track an index. Investors can buy and sell shares of an ETF throughout the trading day at market price.
