Hole set
The center forward position in water polo; a key offensive player positioned near the opponent's goal.
Man-up situation
When a water polo team has a one-player advantage due to an opponent's exclusion foul, also known as a 'power play'.
Eggbeater kick
A kicking technique in water polo used to maintain an upright position and provide propulsion and stability in the water.

Counterattack
A fast break in water polo, where a team transitions quickly from defense to offense, attempting to exploit a numerical advantage.
Exclusion foul
A penalty in water polo where a player is excluded from the game for 20 seconds, typically for aggressive or illegal play.
