Digital single-lens reflex camera that combines optics and mechanisms of a single-lens reflex camera with a digital imaging sensor. It is versatile for photography and videography.
Boom Microphone
A directional microphone mounted or attached to a pole or boom arm. Widely used in film production and TV to capture sound from a distance.
Mixer
An electronic device for combining (mixing), routing, and changing the level, tone, and dynamics of audio signals. Often used in recording studios and live events.
Condenser Microphone
A type of microphone with a capacitor that converts acoustic energy into electrical energy. Known for a wide frequency response and high-quality sound. Ideal for studio recording.
Dynamic Microphone
A microphone that uses a moving coil magnetic diaphragm to produce sound. Durable, less sensitive to moisture and generally used for live vocals and instruments.
Shotgun Microphone
Highly directional microphone ideal for capturing audio in a specific area while rejecting side and rear sounds. Commonly used in film, TV, and wildlife recording.

Steadicam
A stabilizing mount for a motion-picture camera, which mechanically isolates it from the operator's movement. Useful for smooth, hand-held shots in filmmaking.
Tripod
A three-legged stand used to support a camera or other apparatus. It provides stability and reduces camera shake for better image quality.
Wireless Transmitter/Receiver
A set of devices that transmit audio wirelessly from a source (transmitter) to a destination (receiver). Beneficial for mobile or distanced audio requirements.
Gimbal
A pivoted support that allows rotation of an object about a single axis. In audiovisual, it is often used to stabilize cameras and smartphones for smooth video capture.
