Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention)
The Istanbul Convention provides a legal framework to protect women against all forms of violence and prevent, prosecute, and eliminate violence against women and domestic violence. It also aims to ensure the design of a comprehensive framework, policies and measures for the protection of and assistance to all victims of such violence.
Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action

The Equal Remuneration Convention (C100)

Convention on the Nationality of Married Women
Adopted in 1957, this Convention is aimed at protecting the rights of married women, ensuring they have an independent nationality and are not forced to change it due to marriage, husband's nationality change, or marital status change.
