Happy Baby Pose
Lie on your back, grab the outside of your feet with your hands, and spread your knees wide, rocking side to side like a giggling baby.
Cobra Pose
Lie on your tummy, put your hands next to your shoulders and lift your chest up, hiss like a snake.
Tree Pose
Stand on one leg, bend your other knee, place your foot on your inner thigh or calf (just not on your knee!), and press your hands together in front of your heart.
Child's Pose
Kneel and sit on your heels, fold forward so your forehead touches the ground and extend your arms forward or along your body.
Cow Pose
Begin on hands and knees, drop your belly down and look up toward the sky, opposite of the Cat Pose.
Downward Dog Pose
Start on hands and knees. Push with your hands and straighten your legs to lift your hips up high. Bark like a happy dog!
Mountain Pose
Stand tall with feet together, arms at sides. Breathe in deeply as you raise your arms overhead, eyes looking up. Exhale and stand proud!
Warrior II Pose
Step your feet wide apart, stretch out your arms, and bend one knee to make it look like you're lunging. Look over your front hand like a brave warrior.
Butterfly Pose
Sit with your feet together, knees bent out to sides, flap your knees up and down like the wings of a butterfly.
Cat Pose
Start on your hands and knees, arch your back up and drop your head down, like a Halloween cat.
