Whitewater Controversy

Abscam
A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sting operation in the late 1970s and early 1980s that led to the conviction of a United States Senator and five members of the House of Representatives for accepting bribes from an undercover agent.
Panama Papers
A massive document leak from the law firm Mossack Fonseca that exposed the offshore banking activities of many wealthy individuals and public officials all around the world, creating widespread allegations of tax evasion and corruption.

The Keating Five
A scandal involving five United States Senators accused of corruption in 1989, relating to the savings and loan crisis. Profumo Affair
