Lookbook
A collection of photographs compiled to show off a model, photographer, style, stylist, or clothing line.
Media List
A compiled list of media contacts that may include reporters, editors, bloggers, and influencers, curated for sending press releases and pitches.
SWOT Analysis
A strategic planning technique used to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to a brand or organization.
Media Impressions
A measure of the number of times a piece of content is consumed or interacted with in any form, such as a read, view, or like.
Brand Image

Product Seeding
The strategy of sending products to influential people to wear, use, and promote, in order to increase brand awareness and drive consumer demand.
Fashion Editor
An individual who curates, directs, and oversees the fashion content and editorial direction for publications, primarily in magazines, newspapers, and digital outlets.
Digital PR
A strategy used to increase brand awareness using online methods, primarily involves networking with journalists, bloggers and influencers and sending online press releases to gain high-quality backlinks, social media mentions and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Influencer Marketing
A form of social media marketing involving endorsements and product placements from influencers, people and organizations who possess a purported expert level of knowledge or social influence in their field.
Media Pitch
A planned attempt to get a journalist's or editor's attention, usually via email, with the goal of earning media coverage.
Brand Loyalty
The tendency of consumers to continuously purchase one brand's products over another's, influenced by their satisfaction with the brand's products and emotional connection.
Earned Media
Publicity gained through promotional efforts other than paid advertising, such as editorial coverage, social media mentions, or word of mouth.

A live presentation of a designer's or brands new clothing collection to buyers, the media, and the general public.
Editorial Calendar
A schedule of content to be published by a media outlet, which PR professionals use to time their pitches to coincide with relevant content themes.
