Abstract

Results
Presents the findings of the report without discussion or interpretation. Present data logically and use visuals if necessary.
Methodology
Describes the methods and procedures used for gathering and analyzing data. Be precise and detailed to allow for reproducibility.
Discussion
Interprets the results, discussing their implications and significance. Link back to your objectives and hypotheses.
Introduction
The introduction sets the context, provides background information, and states the problem or purpose of the report. Be as clear and engaging as possible.
Recommendations
Suggests actions based on the report's findings. Be clear, actionable, and based on solid evidence.
Title Page
The title page should include the report title, author(s), and the date. Make sure the title is descriptive, specific, and concise.
Glossary
Provides definitions for terms used in the report that may be unfamiliar to the reader. Keep the glossary clear and easy to understand.
References/Bibliography
Lists all the sources cited in the report. Follow a consistent citation style and ensure all references are accurate.
Table of Contents
The table of contents lists the main sections and sub-sections of the report with page numbers. Maintain clarity and make sure it is easy to navigate.
List of Figures and Tables
A list that details all figures and tables in the report by number and title, along with the page numbers where they can be found. It should be clear and concise.
Literature Review
This section discusses relevant existing work on the topic and establishes the foundation for the report's research. Be thorough but succinct.
Appendices
Contains supplementary material that is too detailed for the main body of the report. Reference each appendix in the text where relevant.
Conclusions
Summarizes the main findings and their importance, and can include recommendations. Do not introduce new information.
