Offensive Strategy
A plan designed to score points or goals in a team sport.
Defensive Strategy
A plan intended to stop the opposing team from scoring and to regain possession of the ball or puck.
Zone Defense
A defensive strategy where each player is responsible for defending a specific area of the court or field instead of marking a specific opponent.
Man-to-Man Defense
