Title VIII - Registration and Voting Statistics

Title I - Voting Rights

Contains technical provisions that relate to the implementation and enforcement of the Civil Rights Act, covering aspects such as jury trials and the construction of the Act.
Title V - Civil Rights Commission
Expands powers and extends the life of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission to better enforce civil rights legislation.
