Acrochordon (Skin Tag)
Soft, flesh-colored or slightly darker pedunculated lesions, often located on neck, armpits, groin, or eyelids. Can be snipped, frozen, or cauterized under local anesthesia.
Epidermoid Cyst

Seborrheic Keratosis
Waxy, stuck-on appearance, typically found on the trunk, face, neck, or arms. No treatment needed, can be removed for cosmetic reasons via cryotherapy, curettage, or laser therapy.
Nevus (Mole)
Small, darkly pigmented lesion commonly found on any body part. Regular monitoring for changes, surgical removal if dysplastic or for cosmetic reasons.
Pyogenic Granuloma
Bright red, moist growth that bleeds easily, found often on hands, fingers, and face. Small ones may disappear on their own, larger ones may require laser treatment, freezing, or excision.
Dermatofibroma
Firm, brownish nodule, often found on lower legs. No treatment required unless symptomatic, may be excised for comfort or cosmetic reasons.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia
Small, yellowish growths, usually on the face, particularly the forehead, cheeks, and nose. May shrink over time or can be removed through electrocautery, lasers, or cryotherapy.
Lipoma
Soft, doughy mass that moves readily with palpation, usually located on neck, shoulders, back, or arms. Generally harmless, removed surgically if bothersome or cosmetically undesirable.
