Spontaneity
Spontaneity is the ability to be natural and true to one's self without concern for conformity. It involves behavior that is unpremeditated and unrestrained by social norms. Examples include impromptu trips or candid conversations.

The problem-solving characteristic of self-actualizers involves a solution-oriented focus, often with a preference for complex challenges. Examples include seeking out difficult tasks and taking pleasure in resolving both personal and interpersonal issues.
Democratic values
