Coercive Power

Referent Power
Based on personal traits, like charisma, integrity, and interpersonal skills, which inspire others. It is utilized to build strong networks, influence company culture, and lead without formal authority.
Reward Power
Based on the ability to distribute rewards that others view as valuable. It can be utilized to motivate employees, encourage performance, and reinforce desirable behavior.
Expert Power
Stems from possessing specialized skill or knowledge. Utilized for problem-solving, training others, and providing valuable advice that can guide organizational decisions.
