Silken Tofu
Soft, creamy texture ideal for blending into sauces and desserts. Not typically used for frying due to its delicate nature.
Soft Tofu
Slightly firmer than silken tofu, but still very soft. Suitable for soups like miso or stews where it can soak up flavors.
Firm Tofu
Dense and solid, holds up well in stir-fries and grilling. Can be marinated for added flavor.
Extra-Firm Tofu
Very dense and can be pressed to remove excess water. Excellent for frying, baking, and in dishes requiring substantial texture.
Super-Firm Tofu
Extremely dense, has the least amount of moisture. Best for dishes that need tofu to maintain its shape under high pressure or temperature.
