Ho-stack
Objective: Combine vertical and horizontal movements. Player movements: Cutters make diagonal cuts from a horizontal stack.
Side Stack
Objective: Isolate cutters and create space on one side of the field. Player movements: Cutters set up on one sideline to provide open field for designated cutter.
Give-and-Go
Objective: Maintain possession and advance the disc quickly. Player movements: Thrower passes and immediately cuts to receive the return pass.
Isolation Play
Objective: Focus on one player's abilities to beat their defender. Player movements: Isolated cutter initiates one-on-one movement, while others clear space.
Handler Weave
Objective: Keep the disc moving and gain yardage through handler cuts. Player movements: Handlers engage in a series of back-and-forth cuts and passes.

Objective: Create space in the middle for cuts. Player movements: Cutters make in-and-out cuts from a central line.
