Self-Concept
Refers to the overall idea of who a person thinks they are. It's composed of the beliefs, attributes, and traits that are attributed to oneself.
Self-Esteem
A measure of how much you value and respect yourself. High levels can lead to confidence, while low levels may result in feelings of worthlessness.
Self-Efficacy
Refers to an individual's belief in their capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments.
Identity Crisis
Occurs when an individual doubts themselves or their place in the world, which can happen during life transitions or when previous values or choices are questioned.
