IgM
Structure: Pentamer. Function: Involved in primary immune response, acts as an antigen receptor on B cells, and activates complement.
IgD

IgE

Structure: Mainly a dimer. Function: Protects mucous membranes by preventing pathogen adherence, found in secretions such as tears, saliva, and colostrum.
