Cervical Cancer Screening (Under 21 Years)
Not Recommended for this age group.
Colorectal Cancer Screening
From age 50 to 75, using various tests such as colonoscopy every 10 years, or FIT annually.
Cervical Cancer Screening (30-65 Years)
Every 5 years with HPV test and Pap test together (co-testing), or every 3 years with a Pap test alone.
HIV Screening
At least once for everyone aged 15 to 65, and more frequently for those at high risk.
Breast Cancer Screening (40-49 Years)
Discussion with a healthcare provider to decide on individualized screening frequency, usually mammogram every 1 to 2 years.
Blood Pressure Screening
At least once every 2 years for adults with normal blood pressure (<120/80 mmHg), and annually for those with higher readings.
Hepatitis C Virus Screening
One-time screening for persons born between 1945-1965 and others at risk.
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea Screening
Annually for sexually active women under 25 and older women with risk factors.
Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Screening
Start screening at age 45 every 3 years, or earlier and more frequently if there are risk factors.
Breast Cancer Screening (50-74 Years)
Every 2 years with a mammogram.
Cervical Cancer Screening (21-29 Years)
Every 3 years with a Pap test (cytology only).
Osteoporosis Screening
Starting at age 65 or younger if risk factors are present with a bone density scan (DEXA).
